2019 Italy, a booklet dedicated to the centenary of the death of Cesare Maccari, a painter born in Siena on 9 May 1840 and died in Rome on 17 April 1919, a passionate scholar of ancient painting. The booklet contains information on the painter’s life and reproductions of some of his works. It also contains the leaflet reproducing the fresco ‘Cicero inveighs against Catiline’ in the Yellow Room of the Senate painted by him.
